ما هي مدة الإنذار في عقد العمل غير محدد المدة؟

Notice period in an indefinite employment contract.

Notice ranges from one to four months depending on seniority, per Article 50 of the Lebanese Labour Law. Notice must be in writing; severance for termination without notice equals the wage for the unserved notice period.

How it works

  1. 1

    You ask a legal question

In Arabic, English, or a mix. Pick a jurisdiction. Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, or Qatar.

  2. 2

Hybrid retrieval finds the right articles

A multilingual dense index and a BM25 index each surface candidates. Reciprocal rank fusion merges them, then a cross-encoder reranks the top 50 down to the most relevant ten.

  3. 3

    Claude drafts an answer, grounded

The model sees only those ten articles. It must cite every factual claim, and the output is structured JSON, not free text.

  4. 4

    Citations are verified before display

Each cited article is re-checked against the retrieved pool with Arabic-aware matching. If a citation does not resolve, it is dropped. If more than half are dropped, the confidence bucket drops too.
